Humans are complex and society loves to put us in boxes- so here are a few of mine: sister, lover of tacos, therapist, avid reader, social worker, runner, enjoyer of being in nature, gym-goer, learner, perfectionist (hey I’m working on it), and DIY-er
I’ve gotten into the habit, like a lot of us, who when faced with the question “how are you?” to often respond with the generic, “oh I’m doing well/fine/okay” even if we’re not.
I wanted to create a place where it’s okay to be “just okay” and to also show you that life can be more than just okay.
